Very generous 2004 vintage wine with a very low dosage, ensuring a perfect pairing with seafood tasting, fish artare, shellfish or smoked salmon, fish terrine, sushi. It can also be enjoyed with shrimps, small pastry puffs with cheese, slices of smoked ham. A fine and delicate nose with great intensity, subtle praline and cooked mirabelle flavour, blended together to give a wonderful light grilled note. The palate offering a great nobility, all in harmony and complexity, giving way to a universe of grilled notes. It has a honey finish of a great intensity.
