Black Edition comes with variations on the same theme and a similar blend as other traditional Champagne 8 labels. A more subtle greedy note on the palate, giving way to a wonderful freshness and a more pronounced structure. 

Possible pairing is with an aperitif, but also on dishes like Scallop Tartares, sea breams or even seafood platters. On certain mild cheeses such as brie, camembert, beaufort, comté and also on white meat.
