First rosé Extra Brut with only 4 grammes of sugar per liter to ensure freshness, a round body and fruity notes on both the nose and the palate. A rosé Champagne full on the palate, with plenty of freshness and finesse. A taut and express if wine with subtle notes of red fruits, cherries, blueberries, and wild strawberries. The attack is supple and frank on the palate, with a pleasantly balanced and soft finish. Best served during the aperitif but also with Asian food, fish, white meat and caramelized fruit.
