A very generous vintage with a golden yellow hue flecked with golden nuts. A powerful wine with a lovely length in the mouth, remarkable balance and a beautiful acidity. The nose leans towards notes of praline with a hint of chocolate, complemented by the aromas of fruit compote melted into a world of delicately grilled spiced notes. A superb vinous Chardonnay, revealing a fine and subtle acidity, in a framework of powerful and aromatic pinots. The mouth opens up a universe of grilled flavour with very pleasant roasted notes. A remarkably powerful and full-bodied finish. Pair with grilled poultry, but also with pan-fried firm fish like St Pierre, or Scallops or even a fish tartare
