The first Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Infinite Eight Vintage from the very atypical year 2007. A blend of Chardonnay from old vines of the prestigious Côte des Blancs. A beautiful dress or adorned with silver reflections. A fine and elegant effervescence offering a very rich nose. Delicate notes of citrus, from peaches evolving towards toasted notes, characteristic of the Chardonnay grape. An elegant mouth full of freshness and voluptuousness, marked by extreme finesse and great complexity. Associated with scallops, a Comté cheese or a creamy risotto with shells.
Blanc de Blancs 2007 got Gold Medal award from International Challenge 2020 of Gilbert & Gaillard.
